Not a single caring word from management. Feeling nothing for laying off employees with babies. May their children be laid off when they have babies. May no one extend kindness to them when they are in trouble. Fair enough!

You are not doing the society any favor by adding more creatures to the world, animals can do that easily. You shouldn't be rewarded for making babies. Having kids is a personal choice.
So people who rawdog fu--ing should be exempt from being laid off?
If such practice continues majority of citizens start living on government benefits force corporate to pay heavy income tax or if more than 90% foreign income will start market access fees.
In case of q they act as predator. Now competetion is high . No one cares q at all.

This is a business, not a daycare business. Everyone should consider saving for rainy days if you have kids or plan to have kids. It's crazy to expect a business to treat you differently than those that don't have kids.
@ag+1m28w4zv4 there are laws preventing that. Qualcomm does violate the laws often and can be sued. I personally told my manangement that i wanted to get laid off because they were not sympathetic to my fanily situation. They were hoping that i would quit but i smeared enough sh*t into their faces that they had no other way.
Babies? In this economy?
This is a business. Tough choices needed to be made.
So the childfree person should suffer for someone else's life choice?
