Hi! I’m considering accepting an offer at Suncor. I am curious, is the company flexible with WFH if needed for illness, appointments or home services?

depends on a team.
rules are strict (u get channeled to hr if it's recurring, pattern, or more dan a few days...
but many managers provide flexibility, it's not on paper.
it's a tricky one because if you put it in writtign or openly press the mgr w/out prepping the ground first they will probably just default to the usual 'ask hr'. once you go to them, it's all written and it is not generous (100% by the book and rigid).
