Had a call today to show temp org structure, and it was mentioned role changes will be discussed with individuals on one-on-one basis, with changes in Workday on 10/11/26. Anyone else seeing this in their org

They have already changed some position titles. e.g., Compliance Coordinators are now Compliance Analyst, etc. They are still considered a grade level L (still needing to log in, same pay, benefits)

Restructuring usually occur before another round of layoffs. Dec 2026 appears to be another round ISPs with the VSPs. Stay ready.
I heard from PL that due to recent transformation there is a need for title alignment. If this is same then no change to pay or structure.
