Nike and the city of Portland share a lot of work culture of inefficiency. This person would know how to navigate the political drama.
Its funny he says his goal is focused on efficiency, and providing solutions to wasteful spending. He didn't learn or lead that at Nke the spending capital of corporate america where inefficiency is plentiful. Good luck to that i think the county deserves better.
