Every manager and HR should be investigated. They take kickbacks in different forms.
The offices in Texas, New York are filled with a bunch of fraudsters, TCS and Wipro employees.
This is not acceptable.
Report to the government. Stop the fraudsters.

@gq It is not racist. Just a fact that the Bank is being overrun with fake "IT specialists" (search India degree fraud) and their spouses, although most are hired at way less than market rate. Somehow the Bank feels that hiring substandard people for less money and dealing with the sponsorship paperwork issues is better than simply hiring US citizens to begin with.

@OP Report what to the government???? Stories of what you have stated have been reported in various news agencies and to many government officials. Same follow up each and every time, cricket, cricket, cricket... You can claim discrimination but keep in mind that in India they have been practicing the caste system for several thousand years even though the country outlaws it today. I always wonder where the Americans fell in the rankings. BAC SLT will always turn their heads ignoring the problem. Until the problem is corrected, do what I do when I have a conversation with Indians. Many times that I do not understand what they are saying, I asked them to repeat themselves. Some get upset that you do not understand them with their dialect. Plus, with loss of hearing I asked them to speak louder which also makes them more angry. Maybe this is why Indians prefer to work in Chat throughout corporate America. I also wonder who is maintaining Erica????
