Almost every jtech ob is going to either an offshore person or an immigrant here. Especially in Charlotte and Dallas area. Shame of the hiring managers and the bank HR.

There shouldn't be any tech H1Bs coming in right now. The program is intended to allow foreign workers when domestic ones are not available, and right now there's a very large number of tech workers that have been downsized from a zillion domestic companies. There's no shortage, at all. That program needs to be either scrapped entirely or at the very least heavily reformed.
They don’t GAF - they just shop for the cheapest… and expect perfection. The competition is fierce - tech is dying for US Citizens. Not just senior engineers- The power (leadership/managers) has been granted to foreigners-wake up.
I agree with you.......but, it is not bothering them one bit - there is some real evil in this world
