20% of DXC people are there to sacrifice others and steal their credit with "I placed the right person at the right time atthe right cost".
It means 80% have a miserable DXC life, constantly f*ked over with the "never getting a payrise" BS - By design, it lowers cost every year!!

The politics at DXC have been to ki-l anything positive if it didn’t come from the executive clique, or favored groups. I saw so many really good and innovative capabilities squashed, even if they had already proven themselves and millions in bookings. It was typical old school thinking and politics. Then later it was supporting duplicate, more manual, or just bunches of scripts, be held up as great just because it came out of a low cost center. Low cost centers were constantly reinventing existing capabilities or software tools because they didn’t want to pay for software licenses, even when DXC already own them. Just crazy stupid stuff.
You make that statement as if you were one that actually believes there's a place where it isn't. Do you actually believe that?
