Can anyone explain the recent and upcoming changes in IBMC?
How is this going to impact b6 to b8?
I've read the announcement but still have no clue what's changing beyond my manager.

@10h good for. Yes definitely do not take his word for it. If anything is proven a fact in past year or two our leadership are liars and lack common business conduct and ethics
I heard no official communication by far.
However, I was supposed to be promoted to b6 on 1/08 August. It's 14/09 and still no promotion. My manager says that the big fish are looking for savings, but I will get promoted for sure, just with a delay.
So, I have a job interview tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed.

I'm not seeing any announcement about restructuring. But there is a consulting meeting tomorrow. Can anyone provide some insight here?
@a1 Arvind hasn't made a single logical move since taking over - everything he does is to pad the stock price. He has never done anything else. Hard to believe that man has a PhD - he acts like a soulless MBA who wants to extract as much $ from his employees anyway he can - not by innovation or smart strategic investments - but by boiling their fat down to make soap.
