So I'm posting it here. Employees are judged by appearance and flattery, not performance. During layoffs, favorites stay and hard workers go. People are bullied for personal matters. HR isolates anyone who speaks up.

@ab . I just can't believe the lack of quality when hiring the H1Bs. They can't understand simple basic things about their job, have to be treated like children, and always have to say they need to contact another team for help

Went to HR for someone saying the N word at the workplace, they wanted me to handle it. All you need to know about this company. Hard R if that means anything to you, not a black person of course.

HR is the WORST at Fiserv and has a SIGNIFICANT role for Fiserv's downfall.
If they do their job professionally like a HR by definition, Fake H1Bs would be entering Fiserv workforce.
I feel very sorry for the Clients for having been locked in multi-year contracts.. They will pay a heavy price businesswise..
Having had to work with Fiserv as one of their clients, what you are saying shows even from the client perspective. Having to basically teach them how to do their own job was absolutely wild to me.
