Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Quiet firing is real

Signs: You're being excluded from team meetings so you can't do your job. You get a sudden negative review despite good history. You're assigned last-minute projects with impossible deadlines. This is how they push you out without severance.

Just an FYI for everyone. If you get an "inconstantly meets" two times in a row, HR puts you on a "Focus List" where they start having background discussions on improvement and such. I found that out the hard way because my manager gave me 2 of those in a row, while at the same making addressing her feedback impossible.

Yeah, avoid T. J in Ballantyne on International Third Party in Supply Chain. She does this all the time. Sneaky.

I would also add to look out for high visibility or key priority work getting moved from you to other people for some bogus reason or with little explanation. Tells you which direction the wind is blowing.

Wells Fargo would NEVER......I repeat NEVER undermine the very core that makes them successful. The leadership team has way too much integrity to allow their prized employees to feel the least bit marginalized. "Together, we'll go far"......yep, straight to Hades

Start looking for a job outside this company. You are targeted for termination, no severance. This happened to me. I found a position where I finally feel like a human being and my manager cares. There are better companies out there that actually appreciate their employees.

I am BEYOND thrilled to be out of the he-l-hole called WF. Folks, life is much better on the outside.
