I threw the privacy rules for the survey into ai and it clearly states the survey is not anonymous. Your supervisor gets clustered results if three or more people fill out the survey. My boss all but told us all that it was mandatory that we fill it out.
Because if you dont complete the survey, they are able to track down by department and send a report to your leadership that participation is not done.
Never trust HR. It is not anonymous.
Why should employees take the time to complete another survey when the feedback from previous surveys was ignored and resulted in no visible action?
I just did the survey. And answer all questions with "neither agree or disagree".

Where is the question about whether we enjoy having compensation taken away? I saw the question about whether we are compensated for hard work?
Some senior leaders, which means managers in 3M , do frequent this site. However they have developed thick skin over the years....they simply don't care what others say about them......or if the worker bees have zero respect for them.
I saw a response that suggested senior leadership come to this website to see how people are really feeling about working there.

Such cynicism! You can’t have it both ways. If you don’t express your opinion then you must also stop complaining.
Based on the types of questions asked, the cynical view is that they're going to ensure we're just sad enough, but aren't planning you leave, but really want to know if we're okay or not sticking around.
