There are quite a few large established reputable companies that redirect their employees especially employees while working from home provided a massive profit!
There needs to be flexibility and it needs to happen sooner rather than later.
This hard line ft rto job expectiond is going to crash and burn I just hope it doesn’t happen too late.
This sends a super negative light on a company that is handling tons of money for wealthy people. They don’t want sing from Punjabi telling them from a call center in Mumbai how their funds are doing.
Oh well history is riddled with greatness crumbling to the ground.
