The email they sent after the meeting with skip manager to tell us we were being laid off said “For pay statements, you will need to access the ADP portal: https://my.adp.com/“. There was also some instruction to update our personal email in Employee Central, but I did that on Aug. 31 and still cannot access ADP. I tried to ask the person who sent the “Important transition information email” (before last Wednesday when still had email access) but never received any reply. Anyone know how to access the ADP portal to see pay statements ?

@d2 Just for context, I (OP) have sent 2 emails to ansys-payroll-us@synopsy.com (which was given in the instructions) last week, one of my own accord and a second at the suggestion of the HR person who sent the transition email, while still having Synopsys email and there was no response .
@br That payroll email is retires. If you are Legacy Ansys US, It, is now ansys-payroll-us@synopsys.com if in Canada it is now ansys-payroll-canada@synopsys.com. Hope this helps

there is a code you would have needed to get from the site. if you just need your salary history, you can get your entire salary history report from theworknumber.com which should have your entire career of ADP using employers. I froze mine since it can be used in background checks
