I came across public information about an Oracle leader that raises serious integrity concerns. Given the person’s position, I believe Oracle Ethics & Compliance should be made aware and independently review it. How can this be reported anonymously?

@OP There are many of these - dont waste your time unless you have facts and hard evidence with multiple sources. Even then it will will most likely not get fully addresssed - it will be all for show. Zero action or minor warning. When I was at Oracle I have three specific events that validate this. One was clearly in violation and was full harrassament. Lots of facts, witnesses, etc. 2nd time for the person in simialr situation. Nothing.

@bd Those H-1B jobs might not be left for American workers. Those jobs will eventually be shipped to India. They are not doing it right now probably because of the current president. Once he leaves office, outsourcing will likely speed up ;0);0);0);0);0)
Well, it was Berkeley. I did that problem in about 3 seconds in my head.
To be fair, the average customer I had to hand hold would likely struggle with it as well.

Do what I do. Write "I like you" on a scrap of paper and leave it on her desk. If you think she won't know who wrote the note, sign your full name (including middle name). Then, if you can, observe her reaction when she reads the note. If she sees you, looks at you, and smiles, then you are golden.
