Do you police every thread, to make simplistic and lighty sarcastic retorts every time a topic isn't 100% layoff focused?

Look, in 2nd quarter alone Dell made 45 000 USD of profit per employee. Not revenue. Profit. How much windfall from this have you seen? Unless you are a C-suite executive likely nothing.
So why even talk about morale?
