I thought they did this already with Project STAR in 2023.

TFC’s year to date performance has trailed both the largest national banks and the majority of its regional peers.....positioning the company toward the lower end of the large-bank performance range for 2026.
Way, way, way too many layers of management here in every division. A Re-Org -flattening would be welcome and hailed as an improvement by all. Except the ousted managers of course!
If they layoff three layers, that still leaves about five layers. This company is overinflated, that's why people create fake work and pretend to work. Too many people!
