Just heard that they made term opt tech in redding permanent. How is this possible? I get it we all gotta make a living,but why are terms becoming permanent? What does that say to the permanent guys that are trying to move up. Permanent employees are not allowed to take term jobs.

I was hired temp in '98. Bellsouth. Made permanent about 8 months later.
