People do not try creative ways to beat the id card swipe system
It will fail and only red flagged you as a person of interest to watch more closely.
The swipe list shows The Day, The swipe in and swipe out time.
So if you swipe in at 9.am then swipe out at say 9.15am Its a Red flag
Say thing if you swipe out at 9.30am 10am .
They want you outsite for your full 7hour or 8 hour shift.
Trying to outsmart the system will only get you red flagged and probably put on the future layoff list.
You are 100% wrong.
They record the time you swipe into the bldg and the time you swipe out.
So swiping in at say 9.am and swiping out at 9.15am will raise a red flag

Badge swipes are tracked quarterly. I have 6 people under me, with only 2 with AWAs. In the last year, only 1 person made the list and they came in 12 days in a single quarter. With 13 or 14 days being the threshold. Was told to speak to them and if it happens again, they’d get an official warning. They choose to partially comply and come in 2 days a week. So in the last 3 quarters no further warnings.
@181 I don’t think it’s weekly at an individual level. Maybe at a higher level? I hear some of the managers around me talking and they seem to get an attendance summary quarterly for individual team members. I’m in the Quincy office.
@11b just don't show up at all. If you scan in, then go home...it counts.

ic = incentives and compensation. have not gotten a raise in a long time and bonuses have consistently gone down. so, does not seem like much of a threat.
Price of gas is up so commuting to the office to stare at a wall is both ridiculous and a BIG pay cut. Any bonus to the plebs wouldn't cover those costs. BIG bonuses go to the top folks so they can buy their $1600 Chanel loafers and their gold designer jewelry costing thousands. That's who we all work for.
