Does anyone get the sense that C14s and 15s are paralyzed right now. Projects are sitting in queue, legal is not responding, compliance is absent. Nobody knows what next Wednesday is going to bring and there's no use working on something when the project, or the personnel may go away.

Parts of compliance will be hit this month, which would likely confirm the Wednesday 16th date people are throwing around. Our director confirmed September cuts on our townhall when asked.
Many of the C13s and C14s have fake experience and fake degrees.
There are many frauds with fake experiences and degrees. They have Greencard PERM process with Citi. They must be investigated by USCIS. My guess is that the results will be shocking!

Nope. Everyone is still pretty engaged in business risk and control. We’ve been through two rounds of layoffs and don’t think we will have more.
yup, we upper Cs are silent, long weekend, not everyone's back yet, kids going back to school yadda yadda. Don't expect anything to move til 3Q earnings mid October.
