@10j the ghost of JB nailed it! Things I’ve seen are lawsuits waiting to happen and everyone that allowed it to happen or knew about it and did nothing, often pushing the person it happened to our making them the problem. It’s sick!!!

CEO Email. More to come?
Integrity and ethics appear to be privileges most can’t afford anymore working at Crown.
The things I’ve seen people to do to keep their job around here are truly disgusting, and ILLEGAL.
@gt hard working people? Half the people could be gone and nobody would notice from a work productivity point of view. Lack of innovation and the inability of everyone to change as what ki-led this company. Leadership is certainly inept but the amount of people working there simply aren’t required. People aren’t leaving the company on their own because they are trapped. Their skills are out of date and the golden handcuffs kept lazy people around that can’t find jobs.
If you think the leaders in place give a sh@t about anyone but themselves I have some magic beans for you. The stories of how horribly they have treated people in situations where they have been negligent and should be grateful and appreciative and instead, ignore, blame or push our it would make you sick. It’s embarrassing to be associated with them, utterly disgusting and some day karma will kick them in the as$. .
It’s more than just IT other areas are being hit too. Sadly, this is the consequence of poor management and past decisions, with good, hardworking people becoming the casualties. Sure, some performance issues may be legitimate, many made sense strategically, others not on the list who should be we all as how are they still ok, but many of the people on these lists are strong performers. And then there are the people left behind, plugging holes in an already leaking ship and trying not to drown. Hopefully leadership thinks about them more this time because if they overload and burn out the people they chose to keep, those employees may eventually wish they’d been on the list too and jump quickly for any land in site!
@f3 kept contractors, let go of FTE
I went uhm, elsewhere. I am curious if they got rid of the contractors first or kept them and let the FTE's go. Many of us always thought they would go strictly contractors.
Yep, they happened/are happening.
