I left Cisco 72 hours ago and I have slept every single night since. Letting me go was one of the best decisions Cisco ever made for ME. I’m just glad it’s all over with and I can live my life.

speaking out instead of using code words
you might be new here, they are censoring(deleted) heavily, so people started using cryptic code words.
Maybe something would change if people started taking action and speaking out instead of using code words on this forum.

guess double what? once you are out, you will look back and realize how much effort you wasted on kissing a-s, laughing at fake team camaraderie bullsh-t on zoom, and trying to appease narcissistic people in control, just to try to affirm that your job is safe
if you think the above comment is complete bullsh-t, and that everything is perfect with your job here, take a good long look at yourself and check that your soul is still intact
@ah i'm with OP, it's nice to check in every so often and remind myself that i made the right decision. it's real fun reading around earnings call time and watching the inevitable panic around layoffs and knowing that i don't need to worry about getting the boot anymore
You are probably looking for confirmation for a decision you made. Good or bad, that beats me, but you are. If you fully trusted your guts then you would not look back or check here
