Luckily, we're a united front and telling them to go fu-k themselves (in much nicer terms, of course). We were already overworked and now they want more from us? He-l no.

Accept it or leave it, 'cause you ain't gonna change it!
Work-life balance.
@r8 What are talking about? Mr. Mehta will no doubt be the greatest CEO L3 or Harris has ever had.
@qy calm down Sam Mehta.. you'll get axed soon anyway.
If you need to improve your mental health, please utilize the L3H benefits and support systems available to you.
If you work at L3Harris you are not over worked
Just plain lazy the 300 they got at Waco last week means nothing
Schedule is still being handled
Like Obama and Biden say
Work hard and rewards will happen
Dump I mean Trump has no plan for hard work
Vote DSA this November, good buy all you lazy impusuls
@kh LOL!
You need retake your program training ASAP and remember "The Ways of the Trusted Disruptor!"
The work will be "handled" like most other programs with or without a RIF and according to program process... everything is going well, everthing is fine, some delays, schedule slip to the right, program manager change, update the risk charts after the unidentified risks are now realized, project engineer change, power rangers (executive stooges) and tiger teams deployed, rebaseline program and roll off and replace vital personnel with interns and people who never knew this program existed and are unfamiliar with technology being developed, multiple daily briefings to the executive level, and ultimately contract termination!
This is how L3Harris really operates!
@et It’s been what, a whole week since the RIF? How the he-l do you already know the workload is being handled? GTFOH.
They got rid of about 300 in Waco
Workload is still being able to be handled
So quit crying
@ah HAHA!
Everyone is replaceable until they are not!
Good luck when you layoff somone and then find out how valuable they really are when a division collapses!
L3Harris doesn't have you in their interests. There are better jobs out there. Get out now while you can.
Do you 8 then go home. Life is too short!
Well, you have a choice:
1) Continue complaining and keep working
2) Leave on your own and be replaced with someone who has been looking for a job for over a 6 months to 1 year.
I bet you #2 will appreciate the busy work as long as he/she can pay their bills.
Awesome! Hold tight on this!
The laid off employees weren't needed, so their output wasn't needed either.
@OP what location?
