I thought that they did away with PIPs in the US even though it was recently as last week, a senior manager friend of mine said that there were indeed PIPs .. did they change their mind their mind decide to bring it back or like the one poster said it’s an informal warning, formal warning.
I’ve never heard of the informal warning, formal warning how does that even work?
PIP for a year? No wonder why there was so much dead weight around here
I don't know about WFC but Salesforce PiPs are 30d.

pip meams displacement or termination in the past once it is completed. Better start looking.
They've been tightening the noise on these things... 90 days to show measurable improvement or progresses to final warning or termination, depending how it's worded.
there are no more PIPs in the US, only I&P
