Dear HR : Since when background checks are Not mandatory for hiring ??

Like dr-g tests/criminal history check etc.. why aren't H1B/STEM visa holders' background is not being checked IF they had maintained the 'legal status' prior to being a Fiserv employee ??

Creating fake pay stubs while on H1B with an 'uncle's garage consulting' company is not Legal. Hiring them even through Infinite is not legally approved since they already violated the H1B visa requirement ( lied to USCIS to have a paid position ).
STEM visa has a time limit. Prior long breaks make it invalid for not meeting the requirements and the individual becomes out of legal status.

Uncle sponsored H1B's without a position ( clear violation of H1B and lying to USCIS ) should not be allowed for job interviews at Fiserv even through Infinite loop hole. Right now they are attending through friends and family and nepotism ( you know who they are ) .. It is HR's responsibility to check the legal status of every candidate that Fiserv hires as an employee or a contractor.. once illegal by intention.. is always an illegal..

Fraud is a fraud. Report them to USCIS, they will take care of it.

H4 based Work Permits will be invalid soon, there are several Fiserv employees on these EADs coming up for renewal..

If you file an H-4 EAD renewal, your legal right to work will lapse immediately if your current EAD expires before USCIS approves the new one. You must file your renewals as early as legally permitted to avoid a gap in employment.

" They can NOT continue as an employee while waiting for the renewal", typically they don't disclose it.. Illegal..

Several folks on fake H1B ( uncle sponsored by lying to USCIS that there is an open real position and No US Citizen was available to fill that position, as the basis ), DID attend job interviews at Fiserv either directly or through Infinite. Yes True..

If hired, will get the legitimate H1B from Fiserv. Previous fraud with USCIS will be history.
