I’m a new hire in NC and was brought on as part-time, but my newest schedule has me working 37.5 and 38 hours.
My performance numbers have been really good, and I desperately need access to benefits.
Am I automatically considered full-time if I keep working these kinds of hours, or do I have to officially apply for a full-time spot?
