Why are supervisors constantly traveling to Bangalore? I thought the whole basis of the model is remote support works. So why do they constantly need to be going there in person? What do they do while they are there?

Americans have to go over there because they do not know what they are doing or how to do the work correctly over there. So it is a double combo task for Americans to correct their work from here and travel over them to babysit them! Pathetic!!!

@bv I agree with you. Just sharing what I was told.
@bf I fail to see what supervisors can actually do to help with QC or training. Most of them have no idea how to do the work their team performs.
I was told it's for ongoing training & QC and that when we start up new sites like this, it can take 5 - 7 years before they are capable of operating independently.
They are going there to collect on their bribes...er I mean bonuses 😉
