I resigned from Cisco over a month ago and I can say life is much better. That's all.

I left last December because it was messing with my head. I enjoyed the route switch stuff and always did but detested the BS that Cisco had become. QEP a complete joke. Sales leaders are clueless has-been relics promoted above their abilities by useless ELT. No clear mission or strategy to articulate to customers, just throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks. Technical strategy is a mess, especially with security. Irrelevant in cloud and AI. A different priority every month and forever shifting focus. Doing many things badly as opposed to excelling at what it should be going like the old days.
