Pretend you're interviewing to be a social worker. That's what they look for first now. You might be lucky enough to discuss actual role competencies in the last 5 minutes.
@ag I don’t think the person is talking about a Nike interview… I think the person who may be impacted via reorg finally got an interview and this is there first time interviewing in 10 years. Be a bit humble here. I know your passion is deep to hate the brand, but people are people.

don’t talk about your day to day job talk about your delivery and impact
talk about why you left and be clear what you want and are looking for in an employer
study the company and be ready to talk about where you can help them and be an asset not just fill a role. What’s their earnings say recently about priorities? Where do you fit into it?
