Ricoh footprint being gobbled up nationwide by competitors . Losing the big contracts at a concerning rate. Must be a reason their customers are so frustrated. Hang on if u can loyal employees. What are your thoughts?

@OP Only a matter of time is correct. They have been in a slow death spiral ever since Ikon was merged in. They continue to manage the company like a 1980s copier company. Ricoh is just a shadow of what it used to be. They would have been so much better off if they had just let Canon buy up Ikon. Bet Canon wouldn't have put Ikon people in charge.
