Im reviewing the vsp email and there is a section about ICHRA cobra..Are they offering ichra health plans to people instead of the plan they had before but still want cobra premiums?

I don't see how that would be possible, considering how many ICHRA plans there out there and how few employees are on an ICHRA plan right now. My guess is that was meant for the Indiana employees who already have ICHRA plans. Everybody else should have their COBRA group health plans.
