@OP watch Ned Beatty's performance in Deliverance. Not only will that get you to NC useless training, but promoted to your level of incompetence.
From what I’ve seen the the NC training is primarily to serve as a carrot for the people in the GBCs. GBCs have retention problem so they need to sell a career to them

it is a useless training. and emoloyee pick is random. the food is oathetic and so are the coursework elements. pass.
North Carolina is a Management 101 training course only for employees that they would like to promote to 1st Line Supervisors. It is not a HIPO course.
Went to NC training. Was PIPed shortly after as I approached 50 years old.
North Carolina training is nothing. It is not meaningful. It does not mean you are a hipo. People are being mislead. It is a way to plant hope where there should be non. Gaslighting, being led along, call it what you want
