The leadership allowing for the toxic culture to get worse and worse all the time. Do they not realize that legally, it's a ticking time bo-b? When people are bullied, discriminated against, or driven out, it's only a matter of time before someone takes legal action. It's bound to happen.

The company culture there is truly garbage and that is the fault of the leaders. The company lawyers are sociopaths, and they do what lawyers do. Police enforce the law, judges apply it and attorneys subvert it to the client’s aims. An attorney can get a mu-----r a not guilty charge. When attorneys lead ethics, their client is the company and they can and do subvert actual ethics for their client.
Normally I would just say "welcome to Corporate America; embrace the su-k"; but from my experience L3Harris is uniquely toxic and dysfunctional compared to any other company I've worked for.
I've heard of people here putting in their two weeks, and these skeezebag middle managers going through back channels on linkedin to sabotage the person at their new company by spreading defamatory claims. Lawsuit waiting to happen, if that's true. But I happen to believe it based on the behavior I've seen here.
This company is a fu--ing joke. Whatever legacy they had is completely lost on me.
@cd Agreed. I got a better job at another defense company. I left L3H because of the toxic environment and unqualified leadership. This site gives me an opportunity to have empathy and compassion for our former colleagues.
@ak not true. Some of us were all in, to get sc--wed by a good ‘ole boy. THEN we find a nice lil site like this one to observe this
dumpster fire, during our free time. 2 reasons
1) to have empathy and compassion for our former coworkers and 2) to be thankful for our new place that pays us WAY better for work we love doing.

@an Oh ease up - this isn't Sam. Just sayin that there are 45,000 people who work at LHX. Most of them are just trying to work hard and get by but a some are on here complaining. Sounds like there is plenty of reason to not like what is going on at LHX. If you don't like the company - leave.

@ad he's liking using any such information as leverage for a settlement. I know that CK got nothing for severance due to his sign on package, but if had the dirt they will throw him a bone to buy his silence. And that bone will be bigger than anything than can be crowdsourced. So, end run, he'll never talk, unless your his type and have unfortunately have to work for him ...

Why stick around for their BS? Do what everyone who is competent has done. Take care of yourself, your family, your career and get out of there. If you are talented, there are tons of better places to work than the dumpster fire known as L3Harris.
