@bm I think you're confusing LHH with LEK. LHH isn't a strategy consulting firm like McKinsey or Bain. It's just a staffing company
LHH is actually more than a staffing agency. They offer leadership development and coaching and also outplacement support.
LHH has a temp staffing service, provide job search assistance for people laid off, and executive search services.
It’s always funny when Nike brings in consultants to tell them what they already know but can’t move any new idea or program forward without a 3rd party to tell them to do so. The VPs are too comfortable to promote any change with their name associated on it for fear of failure.
Shameful
LHH is a talent staffing agency so I don’t see the consultant connection there.
