No other company out there subjects it's employees to this kind of stress. Sure there are layoffs and restructurings but they are one time thing and once they happen, people go about their business and lives. Fannie Mae on the other hand has been laying off for a year and a half now. With no clear communication to anyone. How fu---d up is that. Incompetent buffoons and morally bankrupt leadership throughout. Disgusting.

@1xf Great to hear. It is really difficult to stay at a company, nevermind a corporate company for a long time. Constant changes always happen and not always for the better. I was in a department where the management never changed so it was stale and boring, with no room for any mobility. Plus, you couldn't question management cause they just did the same thing over and over again for 10+ years and they never wanted to adapt.
It’s so messed up so I got a new job and left this chaos company a year ago. But I loved it so much in the 2020-2023 range so here I am still checking on how you’re all doing. I’m so sorry to say it isn’t getting better for you. Hang in there, revamp your resume, and try applying to jobs if you’re able!!! Once you get the hang of it, interviewing and seeing your worth is enough to lift your spirits. I wish you all the best truly. RIP to a great company :(
@a9 🤣
It's by design. They want people to resign so they don't have to pay severance.
@a5 I am surprised you are able to type while fondling Bill's ba--s at the same time.
Wells Fargo lays off every other Tuesday for the last two years so really don’t what you mean by no other company does this..actually it’s the opposite..every company is doing this
That's not true. Many, many companies try to be cute and game the WARN act, with recurrent layoffs that fall just under the reporting threshold.
