The strangers that I pass in the hallway seem so miserable that they must be working on their PIP or just in fear of getting NSI next ranking.
EM has changed from a place people were proud to work at, to a place people just want to survive another year.
Absolutely miserable work environment caused by perpetual PIP layoffs.
My supervisor actually told me to not help anyone unless it was something I could out in my PDS and was differentiating
Agreed on make a plan and get out. But until then all I’m seeing is terrible ethics towards other people. Nothing for me I’m not going to help you with your task. I am seeing folks who are getting preferential treatment with high anxiety. They are either high use tobacco and eating more or doing the shots and looking terrible. No matter what side of this dysfunctional sinking boat we are all mentally suffering. Good luck

It’s not the military (former service person) you don’t sign up for a minimum term. Yes they have some pension incentive, will be gone within 5 years
No job is worth it unless you put money ahead of many other priorities in life.
@op - sounds like full on clinical depression. I should know - I have it too
