What a sad place to work, Kubes can't keep his pen out of the company ink, and they think it was a good idea for him to deliver the company ethics message before the training. Everyone was like what the f are they thinking. Yes there sure are a lot of missing brain cells ruining this company. I can't keep track of any of these leaders, someone new every month that is going to blow smoke and claim they will fix everything. Maybe cut some of the fat from the top, listen to employees that care about the customers and company, and know all issues. Restructuring without proper planning and execution is a recipe for disaster. Keeping up the facade, as the the company implodes...I guess that's plan.
