Stanford Health Care and John Muir Health are implementing layoffs impacting a significant number of employees. Stanford Health Care will eliminate 79 positions at one location and 16 at another. John Muir Health is cutting a total of 78 roles across Contra Costa County. These workforce reductions are effective in early November. The notices were filed according to the WARN report.
