I just got laid off. I’m not happy but I did receive a certificate of appreciation from Mr. Zoiss. Thank you.
@ae If it’s with other coworkers and your supervisor they are probably just letting everyone know about the layoffs to stop rumors and answer questions. Happened to me last mass layoff.
15 minute meeting with some others hit my calendar for after lunch. I am remote. Thoughts?

I was laid off this morning. I’m remote.
I have seen incredible high performing resources get laid off by this company. Dont doubt your skill set many times that is not even taken into consideration at l3harris.

It would seem to be end of world, but trust me.. you will be OK and be in better mental position..

@OP I’m sorry this happened to you. It happened to me a year and a half ago. I’m in a way better place now but the first 7 months su-ked (the economy was bad as it is now). My family was going through it too. Very bad times. But I survived and so will you. You’re in a bit of shock now so take some time to rest and come of this stronger. You have a LOT of folks rooting for you! A lot of us have been through this. We survived. We thrive. So will you!
