Blue Diamond Growers is continuing to reduce its Sacramento workforce. This is part of a larger plan to close its long-standing almond processing and packaging facility. The closure was initially announced in June 2025. An additional 82 jobs will be eliminated by the end of the year. This action signifies further workforce reduction at the company's Sacramento operations.
