I have been interviewing and it is so refreshing to talk to people who enjoy their job and are excited. You can’t place a dollar amount on the value of being happy.

@an I really hope in a few years you have left as well. There is no reason to stay. Start applying. Don’t stay until they PIP you or drop you and you go years with no raise or RSUs
