The post if true about not integrating similar teams to be managed by qualified managers is damning. It's impossible for similar teams in technology, accounting, finance, customer service, HR, and other teams to not have the same reporting structure.
Discover employees cannot be managed by stack rankings as their expertise requires them to continue to managing the regulatory, systems, networks, policies, procedures, standards, and customer issues.
Without a doubt the integration has been a complete disaster and led to continued outages and the OCC will have to create MRAs, consent orders, and fines to Capone.
