If we were to be given the choice of a section for Sarah to highlight, it would be a look in the mirror at her executive hiring decisions over the past three years. There have been a tremendous number of executive level positions added, and I would be interested to know what grade she would give herself on each of these decisions she has made? Cine has the equivalent of an individual contributor sitting in the seat of the CEO. Her strengths do not appear to be hiring, coaching exceptional talent and then driving the and the company towards elevated performance. She appears much closer to a tactical decision-maker, who also happens to have the responsibility for the enterprise direction and decisions. It isn’t that she is not sincere, kind, or thoughtful. She seems to struggle with actually leading and developing people, getting people to bring their best selves forward, and getting everyone going in the same direction and creating forward momentum. Sarah will hire like wired and styled people and the result is the same.
She will talk about how excited she is for more transformation, and about how AI helped her diagnosis her back problems (presumably getting her back blown out by Drew)
@OP Are we still transforming the health of the community one person at a time, or transforming Centene one department at a time?
