What you think about the Overlay Orgs ? .
I felt the leadership of the of global partner SE Org is one of the most fake org in Cisco?
So confusing, no accountable...just fun and lots of travel?..

I vote for GPO SE team ( Global Fa--y Org)...man the mgmt in SE org comes to Asia every few months and for a week or two for a workshop (training can do via wbex) which runs by us locally. There is no need for them to travel whole the way from otherside of the world.....Zero accountability , just travel and enjoy. no follow-up nor they carry any quota.

any org that has AI as VP/SVP its just that simple, pls grow up( not just SE, even Eng is a disaster, we are still milking old cow, thanks to AI, hope it does not dies any time soon).
