the purpose is to slow us down. Opus worked too well. CCKM slows you down and limits you. This way they pay you less commission. Salesforce we are told was put in place so they can get sales leads. Sales leads so that people can call customers back to upsell them later. Because we all answer unknown numbers when they call us right. Something tells me management ate lead paint chips as a kid. Apparently someone forgot to tell them no one answers their phone unless it's a contact in their device - due to all the spam and sales calls these days. Upper management lacks common sense and their decision making proves it. We are the laughing stock when people ask us, what is your tablet doing ? We simply tell them we have no idea. Our company purchased this new system so that it will slow us down and force customers to go online to purchase goods and services. That's the truth.
