It was before the endless layoffs, before the culture soured, before I watched talented people get walked out for no good reason. Now I don't even recognize the place. If you still believe there's something to respect here, I'd genuinely like to know what I'm missing.

Wow you are easily distracted. Hating on DEI is just a way companies distract us from striking because companies are outsourcing AMERICAN jobs.
@ep Medtronic started replacing Americans as part of DEI policies. - they have successfully convinced you that losing your job to offshore employees is what you deserve. Tim Walz is the poster child.

Remember when Medtronic actually hired Americans? Where all of the folks who screamed “DEI” and “WOKE” and got upset when Medtronic had Tim Walz show up? Yall should be screaming about American jobs being shipped overseas.

We need to remember this when we vote. Politicians that make that put company profits over people is how we got here.
Unfortunately, every company is like this especially companies that outsource their jobs to India.
It’s a pretty depressing place to work. Oh well. So it goes.
Is any company, competitor or not, any better? I’m not saying it’s not terrible. But I think it’s the way of the world nowadays.
