Stuck in this Frontline Leaders training and I really don’t have time for this nor do I care in current climate. Anyone else have to take it and if so any ways to get around wasting this time I could be working?

I’ve not found a way to opt out. Everyone I’ve spoken to says it’s mandatory for leaders. I don’t have the time either, especially after tomorrow when we lose so many good people. It’s comical that they are still pushing this with everything else that’s going on.
You could have opted out. It’s takes a lot of time to facilitate them as a leader. Don’t waste their time. However in this current state, I would be jumping at any chance to network and participate in the opportunity.
Wasting time should be your first priority. I'm not sure if you've learning anything over the past few months.
As a “frontline leader” you are expected to tell employees things that are not the truth. Management is the first level in the executive path and this change is not easy. It requires indoctrination. This is how you trade your integrity for wealth and power. The Corporation provides the mental loopholes you need to justify immoral actions. It is your duty to drink the KoolAid once and awhile, so they know you won’t go rogue.
