I just wish our business and tech leaders could generate enough revenue and deliver products that work for our clients so Fiserv wouldn’t have to layoff employees. When you’re not growing anything but expenses, people lose their jobs.

@e3 Lyons was a fraud! Be happy he is gone!
And Takis and Lyons before stated we have 1B of free cash and still can't get merit
Fiserv was laying off employees when we were making money too.
Just like they illustrated in a town hall a few years ago.
Slide 1: Fiserv has record profits. We have exceeded every goal we had by a wide margin.
Slide 2: Things are looking uncertain, we need to tighten our belts so any merit increase will be delayed and won't be very high.
I was wondering if someone in senior management dared them to do those slides back to back. Like it was designed to pi-s off the employees by the maximum amount.
Those making millions can’t make money for the business. This place is doomed
You forgot to mention one thing, “Growing the leaders’ bank accounts” the one department at Fiserv that’s always hitting its targets, no discounts or reviews required.
