I have worked for other companies that had a national presence and never had different levels of pto, wellness, and carry over. Isn’t this discriminatory?
Frankly since the fearless and clueless leaders get unlimited pto - I’m sure they don’t give a rats a**.

Not a fan of the new rollover restrictions. Use it or lose it causes December to not have any supervisors around.
@k1 it’s definitely not anonymous.
@jy be careful with that. They say it’s anonymous but is it really when you are sent a personalized link?

@a6 excellent advice.
They couldn’t care less! All they’ve done is take benefits away. The year before my 5th anniversary, they took PTO days away so I never got them on the 5th anniversary. They did the same the year before the 10th anniversary. Ever since then, they keep ja--ing us around with policy changes from year to year. I’ve make sure to take all my PTO so I don’t lose any hours. You better believe I will take all my wellness/sick time prior to ever leaving.
I also don’t work overtime anymore. When they schedule meetings past my working hours, I simply don’t attend. It’s as simple as that.
@OP They don't give a rats a** - we asked at the town hall if they'd be giving us back the 2 PTO/Wellness days they took away from us back. Maurice LAUGHED at the question!!! He makes millions a year, but won't spend money on a Toastmasters course, and doesn't care about us.
@OP it’s not discriminatory, they’re just providing the minimum necessary benefits. Think about this when they ask you to provide more work than the minimum necessary.
@a1 the board is another bunch of brainless rich pals who could not care less about this company or the employees. Buffoons.
They blame it on state regulations...but no reason to make it the same across the board other than being "cautious" of spending and being "responsible" with finances
