Hearing rumors about a VLO opening up in the Spain office. Can anyone currently based there confirm? Is this connected to the recent Work From Home (WFH) policy changes?

@1an They have to go, or move. I know of a case that had one of those contracts and this person will leave the company.

Not an official VLO as there's no number of "this many people have to leave", and not everyone has been offered the leaving package
Ongoing. Not officially labeled as VLO. It is connected to the WFH policy they have. People that decided to go live somewhere else in the country have to come back to the Zaragoza office by October to cover the official office days or take the package they are offering. It’s no secret, just talk with anyone based there, they will let you know all the details.
