It seems like for people working at T-Mobile layoffs are not a matter of "if" anymore it is "when" because sooner or later it will be your turn. They like making people work under that fear. All these gimmicky chit and benefits when the ship is clearly sinking.

@d4 T-Mobile culture was so good then such a great place to work. The average person was over 7 years with the company. When Deanna Hall became new HR head from Sprint. You knew the goal was replaced all current T-mobile leader with the sprint board seats
the culture of T-Mobile is now "I bet its better working over there" instead of "Its better here"
Sprint ruined a great company.
